Bone Mesa Domestic Water District (the “District”) is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ 2026-01) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced professional engineering firms to support District-wide capital planning and near-term project development. The District intends to select a qualified firm to provide on-call engineering services that strengthen the District’s readiness for funding, improve delivery of priority infrastructure projects, and provide reliable technical support as projects move from planning into design and construction.
